The study sample consisted of 87 participants, primarily aged between 18 and 24 years old, making the findings highly representative of Generation Z consumers.
Results demonstrated that music is deeply integrated into participants’ daily lives, with most users listening to music every day for one to three hours or more.
Hip hop, trap and pop emerged as the dominant genres, highlighting the strong influence of mainstream and digitally promoted music trends.
Spotify was identified as the leading streaming platform, while TikTok and social media were recognized as the primary methods of discovering new music and artists.
